In crises of collective trauma, which harms the individual, the family, society, and various systems, the need for group work in additional educational and professional frameworks also increases.
In the lecture we will focus on the following topics:
- Group work as an act of integration, personalization, and realization (following Winnicott).
- A model for group work in educational and other teams (integration of several models).
- Group dynamics in teams in extreme situations, according to intelligence.
Naama Greenwald - Clinical psychologist and group analyst. Engaged in psychotherapy, group facilitation and organizational consulting. Meretz at the Hebrew University in the educational-clinical direction of the child and at the School of Public Policy. Lecturer, instructor and director of the Afikim Seminary of the Interpreters' Institute for teaching psychoanalysis in an integrative spirit.
Yael Steinberg - Yael Steinberg is a clinical and educational psychologist and instructor. Director of the Systemic Center at the Jerusalem Center for Educational Psychology.
