Dr. Ruth Messer Koitzky (Ph.D)
A senior clinical psychologist with extensive experience as a therapist, instructor, and lecturer. She began her training by studying clinical psychology and psychopathology at the University of Zurich, where she delved into dynamic approaches and depth psychology. During her internship, she turned to the world of CBT in its various forms, and later expanded her training during internships and activities at leading centers in the field of cognitive-behavioral therapy in the United Kingdom and the United States (Prof. Marks, Prof. Beck, Prof. Foa). Upon her return to Israel, alongside her work in public and private service, she received a license to practice hypnosis and certification in the field of Focusing, thus integrating mind-body tools into her clinical and instructional work. Today, Dr. Messer Koitzky focuses on the development, teaching, and training of integrative therapeutic language, emphasizing the importance of listening and presence as key to therapeutic work. She lectures and instructs at "Ogen" - the School for Integrative Psychotherapy, and at the Interpreters Institute.
