Individual training as part of the program

• Students are required to complete a minimum of 20 hours of individual instruction in group psychotherapy. Students in the program will be given the option to apply for instruction at a reduced rate of 300 NIS (including VAT), and beyond that, a continuation and rate will be determined between the student and the instructor. Instructors must be approved by the program faculty.

• Recognition of training provided in the workplace will be examined individually.

• Communication between the supervisee and the instructor will be coordinated and accompanied by the academic concentration team, while payment will be arranged between them and transferred directly from the supervisee to the instructor.

• At the end of the second year of study, the student will submit to the program coordinator a tracking form for the trainings carried out during the past year, signed by him/her and by the instructor.

Elective courses

• Students in the program are asked to choose at least 2 elective courses from the rich variety of teaching units of the Interpretation Institute, totaling a minimum of 40 academic hours.

• Permission: Participation without additional charge in additional elective courses for up to 40 additional academic hours (beyond those detailed above), and beyond that, participation at a discounted price.

• Elective courses will be taught as detailed in the course list of the Interpreters Institute, which is published and updated annually. Registration for elective courses is subject to their opening, the availability of a place in the course at the time of registration, and coordination with the program coordinator.

• Students in the program will be able to choose to take elective courses starting in the first semester of studies. The elective courses take place throughout the academic year – on varying days and times throughout the week, both in person and online.

• Students in the program will have the opportunity to flexibly and individually compile the elective course program in which they choose to participate.

Thesis:

In the final thesis, you can analyze the practical work in one of the groups from an integrative theoretical perspective and/or write an essay on a topic related to group psychotherapy from an integrative perspective.

The scope of the work is up to 4000 words.

Certificate of Completion: 'Group Psychotherapy of the Jubilee Program, Adult Track, Mifarashim Institute, Tel Aviv-Yafo Academic College'

A certificate of completion will be issued upon completion of the following obligations:

1. 80% attendance in core and elective courses, including the various experimental courses and workshops.

2. Facilitating therapeutic groups in the second year (minimum 20 sessions)

3. Active participation in group training.

4. 20 hours of individual training

5. Submitting a thesis upon graduation

6. Tuition payment
