Roni Is Carmel
An expert clinical psychologist and educational instructor, she worked for 16 years at the Tel Aviv Children's Center, as well as in a private clinic in Herzliya and Ramat Aviv. She specialized in working with boarding schools, and at Schneider in the field of eating disorders, OCD. Experienced in play therapy with children, adolescent therapy, work with parents, treatment of young adults, group therapy, psychodidactic diagnosis and attention, and in training for psychologists, and expressive and creative therapists. She has training from the National Suicide Prevention Program. Combines dynamic thinking and work (long-term, or short-term focused dynamic therapy), with interventions from IPT, CBT, ACT. For two years, she coordinated the therapeutic center for children and youth aged 7-18 at Netaim (Shpam) at the Tel Aviv Children's Center. She currently lives in the United States, treats in Texas as an LPA-I, and works remotely in Israel.
