Paz Foundation

Keren Paz (MA), a movement therapist, psychotherapist and therapeutic team leader. She runs "Ma'abarim" - the center for emotional therapy through the arts, which has been operating in Holon since 2011. She works with a connectionist orientation and focuses on emotion and experience, and specializes mainly in working with families in traumatic crisis (CPP treatments for early childhood loss situations, foster/adopted families, chronic medical conditions), families with children with autism and developmental difficulties, adults dealing with ongoing stressful situations, and training for therapists. For 15 years, she worked at the Elut and was responsible for the field of emotional therapy in communication gardens nationwide, and for the professional training processes provided to therapists by the instructors in the organization (training on training). She also served for about a decade as a lecturer in movement therapist training programs at the Kibbutzim Seminar College, at the University of Haifa, and as a guest lecturer at the University of Barcelona, and served as academic coordinator of the course 'Child-Parent Therapy for Children on the Autistic Spectrum' as part of the "Beach" training program, and teaches and guides in this program to this day, in addition to teaching in other settings, including the Miriam Ben Aharon School of Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy for Integrated Parent-Child Therapy, in Tel Aviv. She receives at the clinic in Holon (5 minutes from the Holon Intersection) and via Zoom.
