Daphne Griner

Clinical social worker (MSW) and psychotherapist. Graduate of the Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy program at the University of Haifa. Manages the treatment and counseling clinic at the Gay Center in Tel Aviv, and owns a private clinic. Her clinical work combines dynamic thinking with approaches from the fields of Buddhism and anthroposophy. Engages in individual, couple and group psychotherapy. Has extensive training and experience working with trauma (especially sexual trauma). Specializes in working with the LGBT population, writes, teaches and guides on the subject. Lecturer in the psychotherapy program at the Winnicott Center. Coordinated the course "Transgenderism in the Treatment Room and Beyond" at the Mifarashim Institute.
