Specialist child and adolescent psychiatrist and psychotherapist. Established the Ofek Institute for DBT treatment and study and managed it between 2007-2022. Managed the Ministry of Health's Child and Youth Mental Health Clinic (1996-2006). Lectured and supervised psychodynamic therapy for children and youth as part of the continuing education program at Tel Aviv University (1994-2018), lectured in the Israeli CBT program and is a certified instructor from ITA. Coordinates the subject of DBT and lectures at the 'Nafshim' Institute for Research and Implementation of the Integrative Approach in Psychotherapy at the Tel Aviv-Yafo Academic College. Developed the 'Dialectical Parenting' model, teaches and supervises the DBT approach and the dialectical parenting approach at the 'Ofek' Institute and in academic, public and private settings.
