Core program
The courses in the core program will be held on Tuesdays between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM, over six semesters and three years of study.
The core courses in the program focus on reviewing the foundations of psychotherapy integration, leading methods in psychotherapy from an integrative position, and essentially integrative therapeutic approaches. In addition, work on the therapeutic relationship from various approaches is taught, reference to psychopathology and the conceptualization of a case from an integrative position, use of therapeutic focus and time in short-term treatment, mentalization and attachment as organizing axes, integrative approaches and innovative models for treating children, youth, and parents in diverse family structures, third-wave approaches to treating adults, children, and youth, and the foundations of the relational approach as a basis for integration and integrative treatment of trauma.
In addition, a choice is offered within the core curriculum between specific courses to delve deeper into approaches from different streams, including emotion-based approaches, behaviorism, the narrative approach, DBT, the motivational approach, the use of mindfulness, approaches to working with grief and bereavement, movement between individual and couples therapy, focusing, and more.

Individual training as part of the program
As part of the program, students are required to complete 100 hours of individual psychotherapy instruction.
Communication between the student and the instructor will be made directly with the individual instructor via email or through the group instructor in the program, but payment will be arranged and transferred directly from the instructor to the instructor
At the end of each academic year, the student will submit to the program coordinator a tracking form for the trainings carried out in the previous year - signed by him and by the instructor.
Elective courses within the program
Students in the program are asked to choose at least three elective courses from the rich variety of teaching units of the "Nafershim" Institute, totaling 78 academic hours. However, they are invited to register during the three years of study for additional elective courses at "Nafershim" totaling up to 160 academic hours, according to their wishes
Elective courses will be taught as detailed in the course list of the Interpreters Institute, which is published and updated annually. Registration for elective courses is subject to their opening, the availability of a place in the course at the time of registration, and coordination with the program coordinator.
Students in the program will be able to choose to take elective courses starting in the first semester of studies. The elective courses take place throughout the academic year – on varying days and times throughout the week, both in person and online.

Seminars and clinical evenings
Once a year, the Anchor Conference - "Home Port" is held, which includes lectures based on integration in psychotherapy, and is intended for students, faculty, individual instructors and graduates of the Anchor Program only. The date of the annual conference is announced at the beginning of the academic year.

Target audience
Social workers with a master's degree, specialist and intern psychologists, expressive and creative therapists with a master's degree, psychiatrists, clinical rehabilitation and applied criminologists, and certified couple and family therapists. At least two years of prior experience in psychotherapy is required, not including practicum or practical work as part of studies.
