The submission of applications and registration for the upcoming academic year 2017 has ended.

Target audience
Social workers with a master's degree, specialist and intern psychologists, expressive and creative therapists with a master's degree, psychiatrists, clinical rehabilitation and applied criminologists, and certified couple and family therapists. At least two years of prior experience in psychotherapy is required, not including practicum or practical work as part of studies.

Tuition fees
Tuition fees
Tuition for the program is 12,500 NIS per academic year. 37,500 for three years.
Tuition includes:
- 570 teaching hours - 492 courses in core studies, 78 academic hours from elective courses.
- Participation at no additional cost in additional elective courses up to 160 academic hours, and beyond that, participation at a discounted price.
- Free participation in the Interpretation Institute's seminar days, and discounted registration for annual conferences.
- Use of the college library.
- Digital course websites.
- Tuition does not include personal instruction as detailed above.
- In cases where a scholarship is needed due to personal circumstances, a request can be made that will be discussed by the Scholarship Committee and granted as soon as possible.
Tuition will be paid for each academic year at the beginning of each year, via credit card, in up to 12 installments.
An advance payment of 800 NIS will be paid by those accepted to the program after confirming their participation in order to reserve a place. This amount constitutes part of the tuition fee, and will not be refunded in the event of cancellation.

Procedure for cancellation and discontinuation of studies - Anchor academic year 2016:
Any notice of discontinuation of studies and cancellation of registration must be sent in writing to the program staff, by e-mail
No telephone cancellation notifications will be accepted.
Below is a breakdown of the cancellation fees that will be charged to a participant who cancels their registration:
- Until 09/26/25 (inclusive) you will be charged 10% of the annual tuition fee.
- Between 09/27/25 and 10/26/25 (inclusive) you will be charged 25% of the annual tuition fee.
- Between 10/27/25 and 12/12/25 (inclusive), 60% of the annual tuition fee will be charged.
- Starting from 12/24/25, the full annual tuition fee will be charged.
*No requests for a refund of tuition for failure to attend classes will be accepted.
Special instructions and general conditions:
1. The program is not part of the degree curriculum, it is conducted within the framework of certificate studies and therefore does not allow for the accumulation of points for the degree.
2. The opening of the program is conditional on a minimum number of participants.
3. If the academic does not open the program, the tuition fee will be refunded in full.
4. If the Academy does not open the program for any reason, the registrants will not be entitled to any compensation for the cancellation of the program by the Academy, and by signing below, the registrant hereby waives any claim and/or allegation against the Academy in this matter.
