In order to apply for the program, the following documents must be submitted at the
Professional resume
Bachelor's and Master's degree certificates
Passport photo
Two recommendations written in free text
There is no fee to apply. Candidates who meet the admission requirements will be invited to an online interview with one of the program's faculty members.
Women and professionals who meet the target audience requirements and are interested in registering for the Horizon program will be invited to an online interview with one of the faculty members to examine suitability for admission, get to know each other, coordinate expectations, and provide advice.
After receiving the acceptance notice, you must confirm your studies within about a month of receiving the notice and arrange a deposit of 500 NIS in order to secure a place.
Cancellation and discontinuation of studies procedure
Any notice of discontinuation of studies and cancellation of registration must be sent in writing to the Horizon Program team, via a designated email address. Cancellation notices by telephone will not be accepted.
Below is a breakdown of the cancellation fees that will be charged to a participant who cancels their registration:
- Up to one month before the start of the school year - 10% of the annual tuition fee will be charged.
- One month before the start of studies - 25% of the annual tuition fee will be charged.
- The beginning of studies and up to a month and a half of the school year - will be charged 60% of the annual tuition fee.
- Starting one and a half months before the start of the school year - the full annual tuition fee will be charged.
*No requests for a refund of tuition for failure to attend classes will be accepted.
Special provisions and general conditions
Studies in the Horizon program are not part of the degree program; they are conducted as part of a certificate program and therefore do not allow for the accumulation of points toward a degree.
The opening of the school year is conditional on a minimum number of participants.
If the academic college does not open the academic year, tuition will be refunded in full. In this situation, registrants will not be entitled to any compensation for program cancellation.
